Etik ticaret inisiyatifi (ETI) temel yasas\u0131na dayanan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z;<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130ST\u0130HDAM K\u0130\u015e\u0130N\u0130N \u00d6ZG\u00dcR SE\u00c7\u0130M\u0130D\u0130R<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenin i\u015f\u00e7ileri zorla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, k\u00f6le olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, bor\u00e7land\u0131rarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 veya tutuklular zorla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olamaz. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler; i\u015fverene &#8220;depozit&#8221; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda para veya herhangi bir resmi \u015fahsi belge (N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 Pasaport vb.) vermek zorunda de\u011fildir. Makul bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce ve kabul edilebilir nedenle haber vererek i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u015fyerinden ayr\u0131lmakta \u00f6zg\u00fcrd\u00fcrler.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TOPLANTI VE \u00d6RG\u00dcTLENME \u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dc\u011e\u00dc VE TOPLU \u0130\u015e S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130\u00a0 G\u00d6R\u00dc\u015eMELER\u0130NE KATILMA HAKKI SAB\u0130TT\u0130R<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131m g\u00f6zetmeksizin t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7iler diledikleri sendikaya kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131na veya ulusal yasalarda izin verilen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler dahilinde sendika kurma hakk\u0131na, toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Sendikalar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel faaliyetleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda i\u015fveren\u00a0 a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc olmal\u0131 bu faaliyetleri benimsemelidir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Temsilcilerine kar\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lamaz ve bu i\u015f\u00e7iler temsilcilik g\u00f6reviyle ilgili faaliyetlerini i\u015fyerinde y\u00fcr\u00fctme hakk\u0131na sahiptir. \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme ve Toplu Ve \u0130\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi haklar\u0131n\u0131n kanunen k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde ve durumlarda i\u015fveren; i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme i\u00e7in paralel y\u00f6ntemlerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na imkan verir, bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 engellemez.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7ALI\u015eMA KO\u015eULLARI G\u00dcVENL\u0130 VE H\u0130JYEN\u0130KT\u0130R<\/h3>\n\n<p><em>\u0130\u015eVEREN \u00c7ALI\u015eMA ALANLARINDAK\u0130 BEL\u0130RL\u0130 TEHL\u0130KELER<\/em> ve risklerle ilgili yayg\u0131n ve ge\u00e7erli bilgilerin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00fcvenli ve hijyenik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren; i\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda ,i\u015f ile ilgili ve i\u015f sebebiyle meydana gelebilecek kazalar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131 durumlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda tehlike arz eden sebepleri en aza indirecek gerekli tedbirleri almak zorundad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren; i\u015f\u00e7ilerin d\u00fczenli olarak sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik ile ilgili e\u011fitimleri almalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu e\u011fitimlerin yeni i\u015fe ba\u015flayanlar ile g\u00f6revi de\u011fi\u015ftirilen i\u015f\u00e7ilere de tekrarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve bu e\u011fitimleri kay\u0131t alt\u0131nda tutmak zorundad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren; \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in temiz tuvaletler ve i\u00e7me sular\u0131 ile bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131 ve i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u015fyerine yiyecek getirme ihtiyac\u0131 duyuyorlarsa bu yiyecek maddelerinin korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak temiz ve hijyenik yerler sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yasay\u0131 uygulayan fabrika sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik konular\u0131ndaki sorumlulu\u011fu y\u00f6netimin \u00fcst d\u00fczey bir temsilcisine verecektir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7OCUK \u0130\u015e\u00c7\u0130 KULLANILMAYACAKTIR<\/h3>\n\n<p>Yeni i\u015f\u00e7i al\u0131n\u0131rken \u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7iler (16 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda) i\u015fe al\u0131nmayacakt\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nceden \u00e7ocuk ya\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7iler istihdam edilmi\u015fler ise fabrika; bu \u00e7ocu\u011fun eri\u015fkin ya\u015fa gelinceye kadarki ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde kaliteli bir e\u011fitime devam etmesini veya ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir politika ve programlar olu\u015fturacak veya bunun gibi faaliyetlere kat\u0131lacak ve katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r. 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7ocuklar ve gen\u00e7ler fazla mesai yapmayacak, gece vardiyalar\u0131 ile a\u011f\u0131r ve tehlikeli i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EN AZINDAN YASAL MERC\u0130LERLE BEL\u0130RLENEN ASGAR\u0130 \u00dcCRET \u00d6DENECEKT\u0130R<\/h3>\n\n<p>Standart bir i\u015f haftas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6denen \u00fccret ve haklar en az ulusal ve yasal mercilerle belirlenmi\u015f standartlara veya ilgili sanayi k\u0131staslar\u0131na uygun olacakt\u0131r. Daha y\u00fcksek olan standart ge\u00e7erli kabul edilecektir. Her ko\u015fulda \u00f6denecek \u00fccretler daima temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yetecek ve bir miktar ihtiyati gelir sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelik olacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fe ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7ilere maa\u015flar dahil olmak \u00fczere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131yla ilgili ve ayr\u0131ca her \u00f6deme yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6neminde ki \u00fccretlendirme ile ilgili bilgi verilecektir. Ulusal kanunlar izin verse dahi \u00fccretlerden disiplin cezas\u0131 niteli\u011finde kesinti yap\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcm disiplin \u00f6nlem ve uygulamalar\u0131 kay\u0131t alt\u0131nda tutulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7ALI\u015eMA SAATLER\u0130 A\u015eIRI OLMAYACAKTIR<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri ulusal ve yerel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati k\u0131staslar\u0131na uygun olarak uygulanacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha fazla koruma sa\u011flayan kurallar uygulanacakt\u0131r. Her ko\u015fulda i\u015f\u00e7iler normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi olarak haftada 45 saatten fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lmayacak, her 7 g\u00fcnde en az bir g\u00fcn hafta tatili yapacak \u015fekilde izinli olacakt\u0131r. Fazla mesai \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olacak ve haftada 12 saatten fazla olmayacakt\u0131r. Fazla mesai yap\u0131lmas\u0131 d\u00fczenli ve s\u00fcrekli olarak talep edilmeyecek ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 her zaman yasalar\u0131n belirledi\u011fi en y\u00fcksek oranda \u00f6denecektir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AYRIMCILIK YAPILMAYACAKTIR<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fe alma, ikramiye, tazminat, e\u011fitim imkan\u0131 ,terfi, i\u015fe son verme, emeklilik durumu ve s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ile i\u015f\u00e7ilerin di\u011fer \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131nda; \u0131rk, kast, milli k\u00f6ken, etnik yap\u0131, belli bir co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgeye ait olma, din, dil, ya\u015f, sakatl\u0131k, cinsiyet, medeni durum, hamilelik, cinsel e\u011filim, sendika \u00fcyeli\u011fi veya siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f gibi t\u00fcm di\u011fer nedenlerle ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00dcZENL\u0130 VE S\u00dcREKL\u0130\u00a0 \u0130ST\u0130HDAM\u00a0 SA\u011eLANACAKTIR<\/h3>\n\n<p>Yap\u0131lan i\u015fin ulusal kanun ve uygulamalarla belirlenmi\u015f i\u015f ili\u015fkisi temellerine dayanmas\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kanun ve d\u00fczenlemelerin belirledi\u011fi ve d\u00fczenli istihdam ili\u015fkisinden do\u011fan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler uygulanacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler asgari \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda maa\u015f ve hi\u00e7bir sigorta primi ve verginin \u00f6denmedi\u011fi s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. Fazla say\u0131da belirli s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri yaparak yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SERT KABA VE \u0130NSANLIK DI\u015eI DAVRANI\u015e VE UYGULAMALARA \u0130Z\u0130N VER\u0130LMEYECEKT\u0130R<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere s\u00f6zl\u00fc veya fiziksel her t\u00fcrl\u00fc rahats\u0131z edici davran\u0131\u015f, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc taciz ve k\u00f6t\u00fc muamele; fiziksel disiplin uygulamalar\u0131 ve bu konuda tehdit ve\u00a0 t\u00fcm y\u0131ld\u0131rma ve korkutma uygulamalar\u0131na kesinlikle izin verilmeyecektir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ANT\u0130 R\u00dc\u015eVET<\/h3>\n\n<p>R\u00fc\u015fvetin kabul ve teklif edilmesi veya azmettirilmesi veya s\u00f6z verilmesi durumlar\u0131n\u0131n tespiti halinde kendi b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturulan talimata g\u00f6re ilgili duruma kar\u0131\u015fan personeli ile derhal ili\u015fkilerini keser.
