Bu ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 zorunlu e\u011fitim s\u00fcresi sonunda \u00e7ocu\u011fun eri\u015fti\u011fi ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmamal\u0131 ve hi\u00e7bir durumda 15 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmemiz genelinde, \u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7i ve gen\u00e7\u0327 i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.b. \u0130nsan ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Haklar\u0131<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>\u00dccretler ve sosyal hizmetler, asgari \u00fccret, fazla mesai ve yasalarca zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nan sosyal hizmetler konular\u0131nda ge\u00e7erli temel ilkelere uygun olarak belirlenmelidir. Fiili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 9 saattir. (Yang\u0131n, Tahliye Ekibi vs.)<br \/>Yetkili olmayan ki\u015filerin bak\u0131m, tamirat yapmas\u0131na izin verilmez.<\/p>\n\n<p>Yang\u0131n t\u00fcpleri ve acil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n her daim \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131k ve kullan\u0131labilir olmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara \u015firket i\u00e7indeki kurallar anlat\u0131l\u0131r ve imzal\u0131 tutanak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu kurallara uymalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi tebli\u011f edilir.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.f.E\u011fitim ve Kariyer Geli\u015ftirme<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem veren \u00c7A\u011eLAYAN SO\u011eUTMA Y\u00f6netimi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n talepleri ve pozisyonun gerektirdi\u011fi yetkinliklerin geli\u015fimini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ki\u015fisel ve mesleki e\u011fitimleri y\u0131ll\u0131k bir plan do\u011frultusunda olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Y\u0131l baz\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f e\u011fitimler sonunda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n e\u011fitimler ile ilgili de\u011ferlendirmeleri dikkate al\u0131narak, e\u011fitim organizasyonlar\u0131nda da s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fim hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zorunlu mesleki e\u011fitimler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma standartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan e\u011fitim ihtiya\u00e7 analizleri ile belirlenip akredite kurumlar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile d\u00fczenlenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. \u0130\u015f Eti\u011fi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.a. Yolsuzlukla M\u00fccadele<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>T\u00fcm i\u015f etkinlikleri ve ili\u015fkilerinde en y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck beklenir.
